Valerie is a Santa Rosa Beach native and professional hairstylist known for blending elevated hair artistry with a personalized, holistic approach to beauty. Born and raised along the Emerald Coast, her connection to the ocean, climate, and rhythm of the 30A lifestyle naturally shaped the way she approaches hair behind the chair. Through years of hands-on experience, continued education, and working closely with clients experiencing everything from routine maintenance to hair loss concerns, Valerie began developing her own method: one that focuses not only on how hair looks the day you leave the salon, but how it lives and evolves in everyday life. Her approach prioritizes scalp health, long-term hair integrity, and customized color and extension techniques designed to enhance natural beauty while protecting the hair. Valerie is especially passionate about understanding the why behind hair challenges. She considers factors such as scalp balance, lifestyle, stress, and hormonal influences like DHT. By helping clients uncover the root of issues rather than simply masking them, she creates solutions that support stronger, healthier hair over time. Hi! My name is Sierra, I’ve been passionate about the beauty industry for many years but that journey really kicked off since attending Paul Mitchell The School in Louisville, Kentucky. I spent the last six years building my career behind the chair in Louisville, growing my skills and creating lasting relationships with amazing clients, and I’m now so excited to be back in the beautiful 30A area. I specialize in blonding, dimensional color, color corrections, and fun block color transformations. I love helping my clients express themselves through customized, confidence-boosting hair. For me, my career is about more than just hair — it’s about creativity, connection, and making people feel their absolute best. Outside of the salon, I love spending my time reading books, going to the beach, and making memories with my nephews.
